"Good prices for what you get"
I’ve ordered from jpplus.com a couple of times now, usually when I’m feeling mentally drained and just don’t want to overthink where to buy from. The prices have been fair, and the quality was better than I expected for what I paid. Shipping was fine both times too. Overall, it feels like a good value and I don’t really have any complaints.

"Good selection, but a few gaps"
I’ve ordered from jpplus.com a couple of times and they do have a solid selection, especially for engraving and sign supplies. I usually get the order emails and receipts right away, which is helpful for keeping track of everything. The only downside is that a few items I needed were either hard to find or out of stock, so it’s not always as complete as I’d like. Overall it’s a decent site, just not perfect.

The return itself went through fine, but the refund took longer to show up than I thought it would. It kind of made me wonder about how reliable the whole process is, but I did eventually get my money back.

I ordered from jpplus.com and felt let down when the package arrived. The box was thin, flimsy, and there was barely any padding inside to protect anything.

A couple of the items had scratches on them, and one corner was bent, which was really frustrating to see after waiting for the order. It looked like everything was just thrown in the box and sent out without much care.

I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but this really didn’t feel packed properly at all. For what I paid, I expected a lot better, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again

"Helpful support, just took a little time"
I had a question and the support team was really nice and helpful once they got back to me. It did take a bit longer than I expected to hear back, but they sorted everything out in the end. Overall, I’d still recommend them...

"Surprisingly easy to use"
The site works well overall, and the search does what it’s supposed to. it was easier than I expected, which almost makes me suspicious like someone finally figured out how to make a website that doesn’t waste your time. No weird hoops, no obvious tricks, just a smooth experience.

"Order was mostly fine"
I ordered from jpplus.com and for the most part everything showed up how it was supposed to. One item wasn’t exactly the one I picked, which was a little annoying, but not enough for me to make a big fuss over it. Shipping was okay and the box arrived in decent shape, sitting by my front door when I got home with my coffee still in hand. The rest of the order was correct, so I’d probably order from them again, but next time I’d definitely look over everything a little more carefully.

"Delivery wasn’t something I’d rely on"
I ordered from Johnson Plastics Plus and, to be fair, the products were fine once they finally arrived. The shipping side was the frustrating part. The tracking barely changed for a while, and the order showed up later than I expected. I ended up having to reach out myself, and support basically said something like, “it’s in transit” and to keep an eye on the tracking, which didn’t really help much. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them if I needed something by a specific date

"Availability is really hit or miss"
I kept seeing items marked as available, but then after ordering they ended up delayed or backordered. It was frustrating, especially because it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do next, wait it out, cancel, pick something else, or contact someone. Just felt like a lot of guessing.
